Precision Property Services is a locally owned property maintenance company serving west and southwest Winnipeg, including Charleswood, St. James, Westwood and Sturgeon Creek. Founded in 2025 by owner Dylan Tayfel, the company maintains homes and commercial properties year-round: snow removal contracts in winter, fall cleanups before the snow arrives, and lawn care through spring and summer. Snow removal contracts

Snow removal contracts run automatically. Once 2 cm of snow has accumulated, crews are dispatched without a call from the customer. The driveway and primary walkways are cleared within 24 hours of the end of each qualifying snowfall. Visits are unlimited for the length of the contract. Ice is treated with ice melt and scrapers. Public sidewalk salting can be added for $20 per month. Skid steer scraping to pavement and hauling snow off site are quoted separately from the standard contract. Contracts run from the signing date until winter ends and can be paid in advance or monthly.

Fall cleanups

Fall cleanup service clears leaves and yard debris from lawns and garden beds, then bags and hauls the material off the property. Leaves left on the lawn over winter mat down under the snow and can leave dead patches in spring, so cleanup before the first snowfall protects the lawn underneath. Fall cleanups start at $200 plus GST.

Lawn care

Lawn care covers weekly mowing with trimming, edging and blowing off clippings, as well as one-time mowing. Additional services include core aeration, power raking, top dressing and overseeding, a fertilizer and weed control program, spring cleanups, and sod and landscaping work quoted per project.
