Precision Property Services wants every customer to be able to get a quote, book service and reach us easily, including people with disabilities. We follow the Accessibility for Manitobans Act and its standards for customer service and for information and communication.
This website
We built this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes:
- Text and button colours that meet contrast requirements.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines.
- Clear labels and error messages on the quote form.
- Descriptions on meaningful images for screen readers.
- Pages that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- Animation that switches off if you've turned on "reduce motion" on your device.
Known limitations
- Pages provided by Jobber, such as online quotes, invoices and the client login, are hosted by Jobber. We don't control their design, but we can send you the same information in another format.
- Some older job photos are lower resolution.
How we serve customers
- Your choice of contact. Reach us by phone, text, email or the website form, whichever works best for you.
- Alternate formats. We can provide quotes, invoices and other information in large print, by email in a screen-reader-friendly format, or read aloud over the phone.
- Support persons and service animals are always welcome when we meet with you at your property.
- Clear communication. Tell us how you'd like us to communicate, for example text instead of phone calls, and we'll make a note on your account.
