Precision Property Services is a locally owned snow removal and property care company in west and southwest Winnipeg. Dylan Tayfel founded it in 2025. He runs the business, and he's the person you deal with, from the first quote to the last invoice.
Who we are
We're a small, owner-run company. No call centre. No dispatcher you'll never meet. When you send a quote request, it goes straight to Dylan. He checks that your street is on the route, prices the job and stays your contact for as long as you're a customer.
We work on homes and commercial properties, and we're reachable 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week.
What we do
- Snow removal contracts. Service is automatic. Once 2 cm of snow has fallen, the crew heads out. No call needed. Visits are unlimited, and the driveway and main walkways are cleared within 24 hours of the end of each qualifying snowfall. Ice is treated with ice melt and scrapers.
- Fall cleanups. Leaves and yard debris cleared from lawns and garden beds, bagged and hauled away. Nothing sits at the curb. Fall cleanups start at $200 plus GST.
- Lawn care. Mowing, aeration, power raking and other lawn work, quoted for your property.

How we work
- Free quotes. Send your address and what you need. Dylan confirms your street is on the route, then sends a quote you can approve online.
- Clear pricing. Prices are listed plus GST. Snow contracts can be paid for the season up front or month by month.
- Simple billing. Quotes, invoices and payments run through Jobber, so you can approve work and pay online.
